Karin Leitner
Born in Vienna in 1972. Lives in Vienna and London. Studies and diploma at the Academy of Music and Arts, Vienna (Prof. W. Schulz) and at the Academy of Music Freiburg, Germany (Prof. R. Aitken Master classes with Peter Lukas Graf and Robert Aitken Winner of the competitions Jugend musiziert, Musica Juventutis, Forum junger Kuenstler, Talentinum and Live Music Now (Yehudi Menuhin Foundation) Tutor at the Sandor Vegh Symposium for woodwinds in Austria, workshops and master classes in China, Iran, South Africa, Nepal and India, Ireland and Northern Ireland. Contract for the Stage Orchestra in the Vienna State Opera and regular work with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra London. CD Recordings "Impressions" (Flute & Guitar) and "Soul Alignment" (Improvisations Flute & Synthesizer) in California, "The Gardens of Birr Castle Demesne" (Flute & Harp). TV-recording, interviews and Radio broadcastings in Austria, France, Hungary, South Africa, Ireland and Czech Republic. Duccio Lombardi
Born in Florence, Italy in 1973. Lives in Bologna, Vienna and London. Harp diploma with extreme excellency at the Conservatorio G. Verdi (Prof. Albisetti) in Milano and Artist Degree at the University of Tel-Aviv (Prof. Maayani). Master classes in Italy, Russia, Germany and Israel (with A. A. Varocian, J. Liber, L. Rossi, L. Mildonian, H. Stork, F. Pierre) "A.Z. and M. Propes Prize" at the "13th International Harp Contest" in Israel, 1st prize among all instruments of the Rubin Academy Competition Tel Aviv, 1st prize at the International Contest of San Bartolomeo and the "Concorso F. Schubert" of Tagliolo Monferrato. Full Scholarship winner for "Manhattan School of Music", "Boston University", "Manness Conservatory" and "New England Conservatory". He has collaborated with the following Orchestras and Theatres: La Scala Milano, Santa Cecilia Roma, Grande Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano G. Verdi, Orchestra Giovanile Italiana, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, Schleswig-Holstein Fesivalorchester, RAI Orchestra and performed under conductors as C.M. Giulini, R. Muti, Z. Mehta, D. Katajenko, M. Gomez-Martinez, J. Latham Koenig, H. Graf and L. Pappano.
